SB277 Threatens Informed Consent What the CDC Doesnt Want You to Know

Is forced vaccination the only option to achieve Public Health goals? Vaccine injuries are real… what else does the CDC not want you to know?
SB277 and its outcome loom over California like a dark cloud. Will informed consent go extinct in California when it comes to children and vaccine policy?
The CDC (Center for Disease Control) currently recommends 12 vaccines; it was 3 in the 70’s. All these vaccines require several doses, yearly shots and/or boosters.
Children do not have developed immune systems until they are around age one; in some children their immune system may not fully develop until around age 3. Yet vaccination is being pushed on parents and their babies at day one of life at hospital births. 7 doses of vaccines are recommended for the infant by age 3 months. (reality)
Vaccinations can actually cause the disease they are meant to prevent…
The MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), VAR (varicella, aka – chicken pox) and Rotavirus vaccines can actually cause the disease in the vaccinated person because they are ‘live attenuated’ which means they actually contain the live virus.(source) Many of the vaccinated people who develop the disease via vaccination will never actually show any symptoms of the disease, but they can be spreading the disease for weeks up to months after their vaccination to countless numbers of people.
Both the measles and the chicken pox are considered potentially dangerous for pregnant women and their babies.(source) Something to think about when you vaccinate anyone with the VAR vaccine, MMR vaccine or Rotavirus vaccine… is this person in close contact with a pregnant mother, any younger children, an immunocompromised person and/or an elder?
Vaccination does not guarantee protection from that particular disease…
The CDC states that ‘neither natural infection nor vaccination will provide full immunity (aka- protection) from a future rotavirus outbreak.(source) The CDC wants you to get a vaccination they know won’t protect you. That’s interesting…

According to the CDC, over 81% of the children under age 18 who contracted pertussis in the 2010 California outbreak were fully vaccinated against pertussis. (1)(2) (3) The DTaP vaccine (dipthera, tetanus, pertussis) may not be as effective as it is being promoted to be. (source) A majority of the children who died from the 2010 whooping cough (pertussis) outbreak, lived in rural areas (heavy commercial farming territory) where there is a high use of pesticides. Being exposed to pesticides in any form, weakens the immune system and makes your body more susceptible to disease. Maybe we should re-think pesticides too… but not in this article.
Some vaccinations, such as those for Hib, Meningococcal, PCV13, Influenza and HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), provide protection against a limited number of the known virus strains. For example, there are over 100 known HPV strains, yet the vaccine only helps to protect against 4 of those strains. So even with vaccination, you may still contract another strain because viruses mutate readily.
Why do we need to vaccinate our babies and children against STDs/STIs?
Unless the birth mother is positive for a disease like Hep B, there is no evidence as to why any baby or child would need a Hep B vaccination. Hep B is not a common childhood disease in America. (how is Hep B spread?)
When your baby gets ready to start the clinical aspect at their medical school, dental school, nursing school, EMS training or tattoo artist training, a HepB vaccination at that time could be something to consider.
The HPV vaccination does not protect against all the strains of HPV or even all the cancer causing strains of HPV. HPV is an extremely common sexually transmitted disease that affects around 50%+ of people who have had sex. Most people’s bodies naturally fight off the strain of HPV they have contracted before they even know they have it. Condoms and regular health check-ups, yearly or in between sexual partners, are two ways to keep yourself in a low risk zone for contracting an STD/STI. Vaccination is not the only sane option. (reality)
Hundreds of girls have died from the HPV vaccination since its’ release in 2007 and thousands have suffered injuries ranging from mild to severely debilitating. (source) The CDC has just expanded their HPV vaccine recommendation to now include boys and homosexual boys. I have not found any research yet that supports why boys and homosexual boys should be two different medical categories… can you? The HPV virus, no matter the strain, does not act differently in one’s body according to one’s sexual identity.
Hep A is also loosely considered a STD/STI as ‘anal play’ can put you at risk for Hep A exposure if your partner is actively infected. The use of condoms, proper hygiene and taking a ‘night off’ to just snuggle can also create safer space for these sorts of adult activities. But again, SB277 is about the children so how does this concern even begin to make sense?
Vaccinations are causing problems
The VAR vaccine (varicella, aka – chicken pox) has led to an increase in shingles outbreaks. We are now seeing that shingles is occurring in younger populations than it had in the past. (source) In the U.K., has not yet committed to adding the varicella vaccine (VAR) to its routine schedule. You may choose to have your children vaccinated but it is not pushed or promoted.
Also, pertussis again. It is hard to overlook that over 80% of the children who contracted whooping cough in 2010 were fully vaccinated against it. These trends are not so promising.
Japan has separated the MMR into three separate shots after experiencing similar vaccine injuries that are seen in America, yet we aren’t taking notice and following their lead? (source)
In the 1960’s there was a vaccine for Chlamydia which was given to adults and children. It was a huge flop and actually made the vaccine receiver more susceptible to infection. Luckily the short commings of this vaccine were actually noted and it was removed from the market. (source)
What about the vaccination packages that offer several vaccinations in one shot like Pediarix?
I personally would simply say NO to this option.
Just like when I work with my adult patients, we always discuss the dangers of using multiple pharmaceuticals at once (more than 3 pharmaceutical drugs is a definite no-no, though ‘no drugs’ is always an optimal goal). Multiple drugs taken at once creates a higher risk for injury in the patient. The same goes for vaccines. These ‘cocktails’ ought to be avoided.
Didn’t vaccinations lead to the decline of all these diseases and that is why we need to keep them in place?
The simple answer is no. (source)
Each disease needs to be looked at individually, but in general, they were in decline long before the introduction of their vaccine. In the 1980’s many diseases which we have vaccines for started to spike due to the rise of AIDS cases and the vulnerability of the infected to contract other communicable diseases.
What happens if my child suffers a side effect from vaccination?
Sadly you and your child most often live with that side effect whatever it may be…
Back in the 1970’s and 1980’s, the pharmaceutical companies who made the vaccines, primarily the DTP vaccine (which is now the DaTP vaccine) but also those that made the live polio vaccine, started to see numerous vaccine injury cases being brought against them due to claims of adverse reactions such as brain injury and/or death. (source) In 1986, The U.S. Congress passed a law to shield vaccine manufacturers and medical professionals from liability if a person suffered a vaccine induce injury. It is called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) (source).
In 1990, V.A.E.R.S. (Vaccination Adverse Event Reporting System) was started. Approximately 15% of the cases that are filed with them each year are for severe reaction injuries such as permanent disability or death. (source) Two out every three applicants for vaccination injury claim are denied. (source) To fight for injury claim payout will most likely be costly, time-consuming and emotionally taxing.
What options other than following the CDC vaccination schedule do I have for my child(ren)?
A handful of the infectious diseases that there are vaccinations for can be treated, if done so in a proper amount of time, via antibiotics or some, like tetanus, actually have an immune globulin shot which can be taken immediately post exposure.
Homeopathy has been used effectively since the 1800’s as a preventative against infectious disease as well as for protection during an epidemic outbreak. (source 1) (source 2) Homeoprophylaxis was first recorded curing and preventing Scarlet Fever in the early 1800’s. (“The Cure and Prevention of Scarlet Fever” p. 369, essay by Dr. S Hahnemann, Lesser Writings) In 1975, Lathyrus sativus was successfully used as a preventative against polio for approximately 40,000 people in Bueno Aries. (source)
Herbal medicine, acupuncture and blood letting are a historically tested and effective means of preventing and warding off disease. These traditional medicines have been successfully preventing and curing disease long before any vaccine came along in 1790’s! These traditional medicines are truly time tested… think the year 220 AD.
So what to do about SB277?
Well, I am firmly am against taking informed consent away from any part of any medical procedure or practice.
As a parent and health practitioner I believe each child needs to be considered within their environment for what is best for them and their family. Are they old enough and strong enough to be vaccinated? Do they have younger siblings or a pregnant mother at home or in their community that they could be putting at risk if they are vaccinated? Has the child or anyone he/she is related to ever suffered an adverse reaction from a vaccination or medication with similar properties?
I am definitely in favor of better public health, but vaccine injury is real and cannot be overlooked. (source) In my role as a health practitioner as well as from just being a mom at the playground, I have had distressed parents share their experiences with me, ranging from short term side effects to permanent side effects. Here are some other people’s real life experiences. (1) (2)
The choice and time to vaccinate is not a ‘one size fits all’ medical and health decision. (interesting studies)
