How to Stop a Stroke

Kitchen Spice.jpg

Nobody wants to suffer the brain damage and possible permanent loss of physical function associated with a stroke. The good news is that you and your loved ones will never have to.

There is a common spice that you probably have sitting in your kitchen right now that can not only stop a stroke dead in it’s tracks, but also prevent a stroke from ever occurring.

In fact, the handful of herbalists who know how to use this spice as medicine have reported that it can also revive a person from a heart attack.

But, before I give away this herbalist secret, let’s get a little background on what causes a stroke so you understand how this spice works so well.

What Causes a Stroke?

There are 2 major types of strokes, ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes.

Hemorrhagic strokes are far less common than ischemic strokes. They are usually the result of a head injury or trauma. They may even be called, the Stroke of Bad Luck.

The best way to prevent them is by not taking too much medication or supplements that thin the blood, like Warfarin or fish oil. These substances make it harder for your blood to clot when it needs to.

Ischemic strokes are responsible for about 87% of strokes. They are caused by a blood clot that forms either in an artery that feeds the brain or somewhere else and then gets stuck in an artery that feeds the brain.

Either way, the result is a lack of fresh blood flow to an area of the brain. Without fresh blood, this part of the brain begins to die.

If not treated immediately, the results can be devastating. Loss of control of the limbs, urine, bowels and inability to speak are not uncommon symptoms that result from a stroke.

Just 3 minutes without oxygen causes serious brain damage, so there is no time to call 911 and wait. You need to be able to act FAST-ER!

The Common Spice with Medicinal Properties

Cayenne pepper, at the right dose and potency, will stop a stroke or a heart attack within seconds.

The name “Cayenne pepper” is used to indicate any of the spicy peppers. Their medicinal value is related to their spicy flavor, not which species it is.

If you’ve ever put a little too much hot sauce on your food or asked for ‘Thai spicy’ at a Thai restaurant, you know how quickly your face becomes flushed, you start to sweat and your sinuses immediately open after taking just one bite.

This happens because the spicy flavor has very strong blood-invigorating properties. It’s like rocket fuel for the heart and circulatory system.

During a stroke, the blood flow is blocked. The same is true for a heart attack.

Introducing the spicy flavor as soon as an attack starts will get the blood flowing and dissolve the clot.

Fresh blood will get to all areas of the brain, body and heart and there will be no serious damage if any at all.

How Cayenne Works

Cayenne works by stimulating the blood circulation.

It’s signature red color indicates its affinity for the heart and circulatory system. In fact, when you cut the fresh pepper open, you’ll see that it is divided into four ‘ventricles’, just like a heart.

Cayenne has a form of natural intelligence and is able to dissolve blood clots, but at the same time it is also able to stop bleeding (another first aid use).

The late Dr. Christopher said that Cayenne never failed him once in over thirty years of use as a remedy for heart attack and it works just as well for strokes.

What Type of Cayenne To Use

The spiciness of peppers is measured in Scoville Heat Units (S.H.U).

Most Cayenne sold in stores is about 35,000 S.H.U. This is not strong enough to get the results we are talking about here.

You will need to use Cayenne that is at least 100,000 S.H.U.

The habanero peppers that you can find in most grocery stores are about 350,000 S.H.U. This is the one you want to use.

Blue River Herbs sells a high quality cayenne tincture made with chili peppers that are 100% free of herbicides and pesticides. It’s guaranteed to be at least 300,000 S.H.U. You can get it here.

How To Use Cayenne In An Emergency?

For emergency purposes, it is best to have the most potent, spiciest Cayenne tincture and powder you can find on hand.

The more potent your Cayenne tincture, the less you will need to use.

This is important because it may not be easy to get a person in the middle of a stroke or a heart attack to drink a full cup of Cayenne tea.

In treating patients in the middle of a heart attack, Dr. Christopher would add a teaspoon of Cayenne to hot water. He would then prop the patient up and pour the warm-hot Cayenne tea down. The attack will stop immediately.

If you are using Cayenne tincture, just squirt a dropper or two of the tincture into their mouth to stop the attack.

If you don’t have Cayenne on hand, but need an immediate solution, you can use 3x the amount of black pepper.

Use your judgment and keep Cayenne with you in your traveling medical bag because you never know when you’ll need it.

Another Emergency Use For Cayenne

Cayenne will stop most bleeding problems, internal and external, by the time you can count to ten.

For internal bleeding, you can take a teaspoon of Cayenne in a glass of very warm water.

For external bleeding, you can take Cayenne tea or you can pack Cayenne powder directly on the wound. Don’t worry, it doesn’t burn!

Cayenne is high in Vitamin C and will help the wound to heal faster and may even prevent scarring according to some reports.
